At the invitation of the Foundation of Egypt the Future for Heritage and Development, the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture at the Lebanese University and Secretary-General of the Society of Arab Universities Faculties of Arts in the Association of Arab Universities, Prof. Mohamed El-Hajj participated in the fourth international conference of the Foundation entitled: "Modern Trends in Architecture, Arts & Heritage".

In his opening speech, Prof. El-Hajj stressed the need to make the scientific research discussed at the conference more relevant to the Arab society development issues and to addressing its results as solutions to the necessary needs, in addition to the importance of developing relations between the Foundation and the Society of Arab Universities Faculties of Arts.

On the sidelines of the conference, Prof. El-Hajj opened an art exhibition and managed a scientific seminar on arts, architecture and heritage.
