The Lebanese University - Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture (Branch 4) honored outstanding students in its four departments, in the presence of the Faculty Dean, Dr. Mohamed Hosni El-Hajj, Branch Director, Dr. May Karama, Teaching Staff Representative, heads of departments, and a crowd of professors and students who attended the event with their families.

During the ceremony presented by Dr. Sawsan Al-Najjar, Dr. Karama delivered a speech in which she addressed the current national reality and the responsibility of students in light of the circumstances to show awareness and reinforce their future and their educational attainment.

Dean El-Hajj spoke about the national role of the Lebanese University in general and the Faculty in particular, highlighting that the status-quo requires the assumption of a scientific, academic and national role, because students are the future and the hope to build the country, which we aspire.

Following the speeches, awards and certificates of appreciation were distributed to the outstanding students, and the students who worked hard in the open-door event activities held last year.

The Branch 4 choral under the leadership of Professor Mario Jad, was also honored and the ceremony concluded with a selection of national and Christmas songs.
