-Job title: HR Coordinator

-Job Description:

§  Create, maintain, update & manage Employees’ files 

§  Administer employee’s attendance and their annual leaves balance

§  Enforce compliance to company’s policies and procedures

§  Develop and establish Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and ensure that they are applied across all the company’s Entities especially in logistics department  and after sales division

§  Administer occupational hazards insurance claims submitted by employees

§  Handle the certificate issuance process for all employees

§  Handle breaches of policies and manage the Disciplinary Actions process

§  Manage the relation between the company and Ministry of Interior as well as Ministry of Labor concerning all foreign employees (registration, work permits, etc.)

§  Handle all visa and travel arrangements for employees who travel for business and training trips

§  Coordinate with the communication team to organize corporate events 

§  Collect & consolidate pay data including salaries, bonuses, incentives, overtime and liaise with Accounting Department for processing the payroll and administer employee expenses, deductions, transportation allowance, per diem etc. 

§  Handle NSSF issues of employees and edit and update employee entitlements in direct coordination with the Accounting Department

§  Generate regular reports on employee compensation and benefits status

§  Manage the relation between the company and the Ministry of Finance as well as NSSF for all employee and income tax issues (end of service, contributions and declarations) in coordination with the Accounting Department

 

-Requirements:

      - Gender: Female

      - Standing: Graduate

      - Degree: Bachelor’s degree

      - Major: Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

      - Language skills: English, Frensh, Arabic

      -Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Office , PowerPoint

      -Knowledge in Visio is a Plus

     -Meticulous

 

-Job Type: Full time

-Working days: 6 days per week
