More than 1700 students from all North Lebanon regions attended from Mishmish - Akkar, and the villages of Danniyeh in addition to Tripoli high schools and schools from Koura, Zgharta and Batroun.

The day was organized by Dean Jean Daoud, Dr. Christelle Nassar, Coordinator of Academic Orientation, Dr. Daniel Al-Qatrib, and Dr. Noha Ghanem, in cooperation with the Directors of Faculties in North Lebanon: the former and current directors of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Bilal Baraka, Dr. Mohammad Tabchi, and Dr. Maya Naja, Director of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration, Dr. Adel Al Hallak, Director of the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 1), Professor Issam Obaid, Director of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture (Branch 3).

Dr. Jacqueline Ayoub, Director of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 3), assigned a group of department heads to participate in the open day, same as for the Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, directors of Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Information, Faculty of Pedagogy, and the Center for Languages & Translation.
