Tariq Bou Omar, student at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences - Branch III of the Lebanese University, ranked second in the Adult French spelling contest organized by the French Institute of Tripoli, during which the students of the Faculty have faced teachers and students from other northern private universities and associations that teach French language.
The competition, which took place at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tripoli and North Lebanon, ended with Tariq winning the second place. The first and third places were awarded to two French language teachers.
The Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences - Branch III will organize, in the coming days, a ceremony in honor of Tariq who will share with his comrades his experience and victory.
