Dr. Ola Mohti, a graduate of the Lebanese University - Doctoral School of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences, published in July 2020, a book in French addressing the effectiveness and importance of information in online business operations and the processing of personal data - a comparative study between French law and Lebanese law, entitled: “Consumer Information & E-Commerce”.

The book, subject of a PhD dissertation, was published by the French “Presses Universitaires de Rennes”, after the French Francophone Supreme Courts awarded Dr. Mohti the best PhD dissertation in law for 2018.

Dr. Mohti holds a BA in Law from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (French Section), and a PhD in Law from the Doctoral School of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences in partnership with the University of Rennes 1.
