
The Lebanese University, represented by President Bassam Badran, signed a five-year cooperation agreement with Beirut Arab University, represented by its President Dr. Wael Nabil Abdelsalam, in the presence of the Secretary General of Beirut Arab University, Dr. Omar Houry and the Dean of Academic Affairs & International Relations, Dr. Sobhi Abou Chahine.
The agreement aims to establish cooperation between the two universities in the scientific and research fields in all majors and programs in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in both universities and the Lebanese laws in force, especially those related to intellectual and literary property.
According to the agreement, the cooperation includes organizing joint conferences, seminars, scientific meetings, workshops and training courses to benefit from the scientific expertise of the two universities, in addition to exchanging books, publications, studies and research results and cooperating in international projects in the field of higher education.
