
The "Open Doors" event kicked off at the Pierre Gemayel University Campus - Fanar, in the presence of President Bassam Badran, and a number of deans of faculties and institutes, branch directors, professors and students from various public and private schools in all Lebanese regions.
More than 16 faculties and institutes of the Lebanese University, more than 15 companies specialized in job opportunities, Labora Organization headed by Father Tony Khadra, and the Association of Friends of the Lebanese University (AULib) headed by Dr. Antonio Khoury, while Dr. Terez Seif coordinated the work.
President Badran delivered a speech in which he stressed the importance of this exhibition in accompanying Lebanese students from school or high school to university life and introducing them to the specializations and academic degrees offered by the Lebanese University.
President Badran pointed out that the "Open Doors & Job Opportunities" exhibition is a vital platform that links between science and work and between ambition and opportunities. In this sense, the exhibition aims to provide a clear roadmap for students to help them choose majors that are in line with their interests and aspirations and that keep pace with the developments of the labor market in various fields.
