Appointment of Dr. Nisrine Zammar as Director of FI - Branch 2
President Bassam Badran has appointed Dr. Nisrine Zammar as Director of the Faculty of Information (FI) - Branch 2, effective 19 December 2022.
Dr. Zammar holds a PhD in Information and Communication Sciences from the European University of Brittany in France and a BA in Public Relations from the Lebanese University. She is the coordinator of the FI accreditation file with the High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (Hcéres) since 2019 and a member of the Curriculum Reform Committee, since 2016.
Dr. Zammar previously taught at the European University of Brittany and Notre Dame de Louaize University in Lebanon (NDU). She has also participated in a number of local and international conferences and has published a number of research papers on information and communication sciences and social media.
