Start of preparatory courses for registration with the Beirut Bar Association at FLPAS (Branch 1)
Preparatory courses for students applying to the Beirut Bar Association have been launched at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 1) of the Lebanese University. Over 300 students from various law faculties are taking part in the courses.
The opening session began with a speech by the Branch 1 Director, Dr. Mojtaba Mortada, in which he emphasized the unifying role of the Lebanese University, its commitment to society, and its openness to all law faculties in Lebanon.
For his part, Dean Prof. Habib Kazzi confirmed that the FLPAS is a true model of diversity in Lebanon and that it is always ready to contribute to anything that can serve Lebanese youth.
This was followed by a lecture on "The future of the legal profession", attended by two members of the Beirut Bar Association, Mr. Saad El Din El Khatib and Mr. Labib Harfouche.
It should be noted that the courses will continue until the 30th of this month, with the participation of members of the Bar Association, members of the examination committees, and professors from FLPAS (Branch 1).
