Pursuant to Article 19 of Decree No. 56 dated 11 March 2025 regarding the consideration of the 2025 draft budget referred to the Parliament by Decree No. 14076 dated 4 October 2024 as valid and enforceable, The approved stamp fee shall be paid for all certificates, statements, declarations, authentications and certified copies issued by the faculties, branches and centers of the Lebanese University at a value of LBP 50,000 (fifty thousand Lebanese pounds).
