The IT Resource Center is preparing to launch a new online service dedicated for the registration in the student mobile offer. However, meanwhile and in order to avoid the actual issues, we inform you by the following:

When LU student receives a SMS message from Alfa notifying him that he is eligible to benefit from the Alfa+ promotion, he has to send his StudentID:

·        If the faculty adopts the SIS (Banner), the student should send back his SSIS code in the Banner on 9 digits (for example 201412345)

·        Else (if the faculty doesn't adopt yet the Banner system) the student should send back his LibanPost reference number on 13 digits (for example 1234567890123).

·        If perhaps these two codes are forgotten by the student, the student affair department in each faculty can provide them.

Remark: If the student phone number is not correct in the LU database, an online portal is under preparation to apply any adjustment. You will be notified soon once this service becomes ready.

إعلان لجميع الطلاب الجامعة اللبنانية ما دون 25 عاماً حول عرض الهاتف الخلوي:

​إن مركز مصادر المعلوماتية في الجامعة اللبنانية يحضر لإطلاق برنامج جديد لتسهيل التسجيل في العرض الخاص المقدم للطلاب. إنما وبانتظار هذا البرنامج، نوَد اعلامكم بما يلي:

إذا تلقى الطالب رسالة من ألفا (Alfa) تفيده بأنه مؤهل للاستفادة من خدمة ألفا +A، عليه أن يرسل رقم ملفه (StudentID) :

·        إذا كانت كليته تعتمد نظام ​Banner، يجب على الطالب إرسالSSIS code  المؤلف من 9 احرف (على سبيل المثال 201412345)

·        إما إذا كانت الكلية لم تعتمد بعد نظام Banner، يجب على الطالب إرسال رقمه التسلسلي في ليبان بوست ((LibanPost المؤلف من 13 حرف (على سبيل المثال 1234567890123)

·        في حال نسيان هذين الرمزين من قبل الطالب، الرجاء مراجعة قسم شؤون الطلاب في كل كلية.

ملاحظة: إذا كان رقم هاتف الطالب مسجل خطأ في قاعدة بيانات الجامعة، من الممكن تعديله عبر صفحة على الانترنت يتم انشاؤها حالياً، نعلن عنها فور جهوزها قريباً.
