Once again, the outstanding Student Leaders Program which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) is open to students who are Lebanese and long-term Palestinian residents in Lebanon between 20 and 24 years.
The Program allows students from Lebanon and the Middle East to spend five weeks in summer 2019 at a U.S. university developing leadership and collective problem-solving skills while exploring U.S. history and culture and acquiring leadership skills to help promote democratic principles in their home countries.
The program will take place from June 26 to July 31, 2019 and all costs will be covered by the U.S. Government, including: program tuition, roundtrip airfare, medical insurance, lodging, meals, and miscellaneous expenses.
