Job Duties:
Identify new suppliers
Visit the registration authorities abroad to acquire all the requirements for registration requirement for the products as per each country’s standards
Share with the supplier all the required registration documents for preparation
Daily to weekly follow up with suppliers on documents’ preparation
Coordinate with the supplier to send samples of each product to the chosen country
Follow up the progress of the registration with our representatives, and handle all additional inquiries if requested.
Maintain all the official documents and product registration certificates
Follow up on all the renewals of product registration
Suggest names of the new products with the sales and marketing manager
Prepare all requested reports from head of supply chain
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
French and English language proficiency
Maximum 1 to 2 years of experience in any field
