Job Description
- Ensure proper tracking of requisitions, contracts and orders
- Administrative and clerical tasks - Receive telephone calls
- Assist with questions and problems courteously and promptly
- Obtain and convey information as needed
- Maintain and project the Company’s professional reputation
- Type memos and letters as requested
- Attend & participates in meeting as required
- Handle confidential information, filing & safe keeping of important documents
- Ensure incoming & outgoing mails are handled promptly & efficiently
- Support Manager with diverse optional tasks
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage Phone Calls
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to function under pressure
- Arabic & English fluent (writing, speaking and listening) and other Languages are a plus
- Ability to translate documents
- Good typing skills
- Must be able to manage multi -responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Must know Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work in a team
- Follow up and update Social Media sites
