Academic Excellence Award for Student Mohammad Hodroj from the FPH - Branch 5
Student Mohammad Hassan Hodroj, from the Faculty of Public Health – Branch 5, received an Academic Excellence Award during a ceremony organized by the Lions Club – Beirut at the AUB to honor outstanding nursing students in Lebanon.
The award was presented to Hodroj, a third-year nursing student, in recognition of his academic excellence at the faculty and his high professional ethics.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of Minister of Public Health Dr. Rakan Nasreddine, represented by Dr. Bilal Abdallah, Chair of the Parliamentary Health Committee, and was attended by Mrs. Abir Alame, President of the Order of Nurses in Lebanon, and Mrs. Aphrodite Houdeib of the Lions Club - Beirut, as well as the Director of the Faculty of Public Health – Branch 5, Dr. Nijez Aloulou, and the Coordinator of the Faculty’s Nursing Department, Mrs. Salam Afara, in addition to deans and directors of nursing faculties in Lebanon and the Governor of the Lions Clubs, Michel Hassoun.
Mrs. Alame spoke about nursing from graduation through the practical stages of service, noting the importance of embracing new graduates and supporting the resilience of all workers in this sector.
