The research group in Arabic Language & Literature at the Lebanese University - Doctoral School of Letters, Humanities & Social Sciences organized its third scientific symposium entitled “Poetics of Novel” on 7 February 2020, presented by Dr. Abdul Majeed Zaraket.

During the seminar, Dr. Zaraket presented the concept of poetry and some of the linguistic elements and characteristics that make the text literary, and explained how poetic features in the novel are revealed by breaking down the narrative text into elements and studying them separately.

The symposium witnessed cultural and knowledge discussions between the students and Dr. Zaraket.
