Centre MINE organized an online workshop entitled "Entrepreneurial Mindset", presented by Ms. Reine Metlaj/corporate trainer.

The workshop covered a number of points, the most important of which were:

·       Understand the concept of the entrepreneurial mindset and its importance in entrepreneurship.

·       Discover the characteristics of the entrepreneurial mindset and how to develop it.

·       Understand the importance of risk and failure in the entrepreneurial mindset and learn strategies for dealing therewith.

·       Learn the role of creativity and innovation in the entrepreneurial mindset and strategies to enhance it.

·       Understand the process of opportunity recognition and learn how to identify and evaluate opportunities for entrepreneurship.

·       Understand the importance of perseverance and flexibility in entrepreneurship and learn strategies to develop them.
