please find below the information in order to Submit repair Requests to CIS:
a- In order to SUBMIT a request:
b- Username: ULUSER Password: password
c- Once they login, There is a button on the left called: Submit a request
d- After clicking submit a request they need to provide the urgency, Title, & Description & click in the bottom “Submit”
