Announcement regarding the final report for individual research projects funded by the university
Dear Researchers,
Greetings,
A - Research professors who have not yet submitted the mid-term report or final report for their research project (for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023), as well as the mid-term report for their research project for the year 2024, are requested to send them via the following email address: ul.research@ul.edu.lb, in accordance with the following:
1. Mid-term report: Write a report of no more than five pages, in addition to filling out the attached form.
2. Final Report: In accordance with the form, including the full text of the research. The financial statement and original invoices verifying expenses for the full contract value should be sent via the faculty mail system (through the administrative chain) after the purchases have been recorded in the faculty’s warehouse ledger and in the Central Administration.
3. Please refer to the previously sent guide regarding the invoices attached to the final report.
4. It should be noted that failure to submit the required reports may result in the recovery of the amounts paid from the parties concerned if the delay is not justified.
B - Research professors wishing to extend their contracts are requested to send their extension request via the following email address: ul.research@ul.edu.lb, attaching the reasons justifying the extension, specifying the work not yet completed as of the current date, and indicating the requested extension period from the date the request is sent.
