The Deanship of the Faculty of Science, Department of Professional and Research Master’s Programs, announces the start of registration for the academic year 2026–2027.

1. For former students who have successfully completed M1 in Healthcare Management – Quality and Technology major only

2. For new students admitted to M1 in Pharmacology / Healthcare Management – Quality & Technology and M2P and M2R

Eligible students should complete the first-stage registration form via the following webpage (Submit an Application for Administrative Registration / http://sisol.ul.edu.lb/Login) and select the Faculty of Science - Deanship. Students should then complete the second stage of registration by visiting the deanship of the Faculty of Science in Hadath and bring their complete application file in hard copy, in accordance with dates that will be determined and communicated to you later by the master’s program coordinator or representative.

Note:

Please ensure that all information entered by the student in the administrative registration application (SISOL) matches the information contained in the individual civil status record, faculty transcripts, and passport (in both Arabic and a foreign language). The student is solely responsible for this, as this information will be used in all documents and statements issued by the Deanship. No corrections will be made to the information if any errors are found later.

Required Documents

a. Former Students

- Print the registration application from SISOL and verify that personal information matches that on your passport or your civil status record and major.

- One clear, recent passport photo

- Copy of the individual civil status record

- Copy of the residence permit, a copy of the refugee card for Palestinian students, or copy of passport for international students, duly certified (by the embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

b. Social Security

- Students insured by the Lebanese University:

1. Statement from the Social Security Center confirming their enrollment in the social security system in detail, specifically for the previous academic year 2025–2026, including the social security number.

2. Copy of individual civil status record

3. Copy of familial civil status record for married students

- Students insured by their parents or self-insured:

1. Statement from the insurance provider

2. Copy of the individual civil status record

- Uninsured students:

1. Familial civil status record for married students or those between the ages of 25 and 30

2. Statement confirming that the student does not receive benefits from the Social Security

3. Copy of individual civil status record for single students

c. Documents Required for LU Students in M1

1. Print the registration form from SISOL after verifying that the personal information matches that on your passport or civil status record and major.

2. One clear passport photo

3. Certified true copy of the Lebanese Baccalaureate (Part II) or its equivalent

4. Certified true copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate (with or without grades)

5. Individual civil status record or certified copy thereof

6. Copy of residence permit, copy of refugee card for Palestinian students, or copy of passport for foreign students, duly certified (by the embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

d. Documents Required for LU Students in M2P and M2R

1. Print the registration form from SISOL after verifying that the personal information matches that on your passport or civil status record and major.

2. One clear passport photo

3. Certified true copy of the Lebanese Baccalaureate (Part II) or its equivalent

4. Certified true copy of the Bachelor’s degree and M1 certificate (with or without grades)

5. Individual civil status record or certified copy thereof

6. Copy of residence permit, copy of refugee card for Palestinian students, or copy of passport for foreign students, duly certified (Embassy + Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

e. Documents Required for Non-LU Students in M1 or M2 (Professional and Research)

1. Print the registration application from SISOL after verifying personal information and major

2. One clear passport photo

3. Certified true copy of the Lebanese Baccalaureate (Part II) or its equivalent

4. Certified true copy of the university degree (with or without grades)

5. Certified true copy of the university degree equivalency issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education & Higher Education, or copy of equivalency application submitted to the Ministry of Education.

6. Certified true copy of the colloquium certificate if the student holds a degree in general medicine or pharmacy

7. Individual civil status record or certified copy thereof

6. Copy of residence permit, copy of refugee card for Palestinian students, or copy of passport for foreign students, duly certified (Embassy + Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Note: Students holding university degrees from outside Lebanon should:

1. Have these degrees authenticated by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy of the country where they studied, and have them recognized by the Lebanese Ministry of Education & Higher Education.

f. Documents Required for Social Security

- Students insured by the Lebanese University:

1. Statement from the Social Security confirming their enrollment in the social security system in detail, specifically for the previous academic year 2025–2026, and their social security number

2. Copy of individual civil status record

3. Copy of familial civil status record for married student

- Students insured by their parents or self-insured:

1. Statement from the insurance provider

2. Copy of individual civil status record

- Students not insured:

1. Familial civil status record for married students or those between the ages of 25 and 30

2. Statement confirming they do not receive benefits from the Social Security, or a statement indicating their most recent insurance provider

3. Copy of individual civil status record issued no more than one year ago for single students
