The Departments of Midwifery and Ergotherapy of the Lebanese University - Faculty of Public Health (Branch 1) held a conference on mental health. The conference aimed at raising awareness about the importance of mental health in the Lebanese society, to deal with daily life stress and maintain a balance between practical and family life to face any possible depression that could lead to risks of addiction or suicide.
