LU students qualify for the finals of L'Oréal Brandstorm 2026 competition
Students from the Lebanese University have qualified for the finals of the L'Oréal Brandstorm – 2026 competition, ranking among the top 12 Lebanese university teams to advance to the final round, which will be held on 27 April 2026 in Beirut.
Participation in the competition was accompanied by preparatory activities and training sessions organized in partnership between Centre MINE and L'Oréal.
The Lebanese University students are divided into two teams as follows:
Team ETHEREAL
- Jinan Abbas and Shatha Hammoud – Faculty of Science - Branch 4 / 3rd year Chemistry
- Sara Rais – Faculty of Science - Branch 1 / 3rd year Biochemistry
AMV Fragrance Team
- Maroun Abi Zeid – Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences - Branch 2 / Master’s in Philosophy + Faculty of Law - Branch 1 / Master’s in Strategic Studies
- Vanessa Kallas – Saint Joseph University in Beirut / Bachelor’s in Translation
- Amir Moadad: American University of Science and Technology (AUST) / Bachelor’s in Computer Science
L'Oréal Brandstorm is a global innovation competition aimed at empowering the next generation to redefine the beauty industry through promising career paths and develop innovative ideas to shape the future of beauty. This year’s theme is "Create the Future of Luxury Fragrance".
