Dates of entrance exams for master in architecture, interior design, graphic design and visual communication, and fine arts for students from outside the FFAA for the academic year 2026–2027
The Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture announces the application period for the entrance exam for master’s degree in the following fields: Architecture, Interior Design, Advertising and Visual Communication, and Fine Arts for students holding a bachelor’s degree from outside the faculty for the academic year 2026–2027, from 22 May through 30 June 2026 inclusive, during official working hours at the deanship – Forn al-Chebbak.
Stages of the Entrance Exam Process
a. Applications are reviewed by an academic committee for each major, noting that the minimum admission score is 70/100.
b. Students whose applications are approved will sit a written exam.
c. Oral interview with the committee.
Exams will be held as follows:
- Thursday, 2 July 2026, at 9:00 am: Written exam for all majors except Fine Arts
- Thursday, 2 July 2026, at 9:00 am: Review of Fine Arts applications
Applications for this competition should be submitted with the following documents:
1- Copy of the high school diploma (Secondary School Certificate, Part II) or its official equivalent
2- A university degree in the above-mentioned field—the degree should be recognized if it was issued by a university other than the Lebanese University
3- Official, signed transcript of university grades
4- (1) one-page motivation letter in which the student states the reasons and motivations for their desire to enroll in the desired major
Portfolio (containing works created by the candidate)
5- CV (signed and detailed)
6- Certified copy of ID or civil status record
7- (2) Two certified passport photos
8- Financial stamp worth LBP 50,000
9- Student portfolio
10- Participation fee: LBP 1,000,000
Exam location: Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture - Branch 2 building – Forn al-Chebbak.
